About our service

TRUEFORM Manufacturing Ltd provides bespoke 3D printing and design support in the UK. Submitting a quotation request does not create an order or guarantee that we can produce the proposed item.

Quotations and payment

We review feasibility, design requirements, material, dimensions, quantity and timings before quoting. A contract is formed only on acceptance of an agreed quotation under the final order terms. Payment in full is required before production begins unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Designs and customer files

You must have the right to supply any designs, logos and images. Advanced design work may be charged separately. Design proofs are supplied when appropriate; any approval and intellectual property terms will be set out in the quotation or order agreement.

Lead times and shipping

Lead times depend on order complexity and production availability. Delivery estimates are confirmed at quotation stage. Packaging and UK shipping are charged to the customer and included in the quotation.

Suitability and limitations

FDM 3D prints have layer lines, tolerances and material limitations. We do not supply safety-critical, medical, load-bearing or otherwise regulated parts with certified performance unless separately agreed and substantiated.

Cancellation, returns and statutory rights

Some genuinely personalised or made-to-specification items may not qualify for the ordinary 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods. The final order terms will explain which rules apply to each project.
