When you request a quote we collect your name, email address, optional company name, project description, quantities, delivery date, optional uploaded design files and marketing choice. We also use a limited, hashed technical identifier to help prevent spam.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to assess your project, provide quotations and communicate with you, and to handle orders if you proceed. We rely on steps requested before entering a contract and our legitimate interests in operating a secure business, as appropriate. Optional promotional email is sent only where we have a valid lawful basis and comply with UK electronic marketing rules; choosing the form's marketing checkbox records your consent.

Who can access it

TRUEFORM staff or authorised service providers involved in hosting, business email, design and delivery may access information where necessary. We do not sell your enquiry data.

File uploads

Uploaded files are kept in non-public storage and accessed only for handling your enquiry and any agreed project. Please do not send sensitive personal information or files you do not have permission to share.

Retention and your rights

We retain enquiries only as long as needed for business, legal and record-keeping purposes. Before launch we will confirm and publish specific retention periods. You may ask to access, correct or erase eligible data, object to processing, or withdraw marketing consent by emailing us. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
